Good Work
I'm not usually a big fan of rapcore/hardcore, and this is no exception, buuuuuuut I have to commend you on the sound you achieved. This song proves that NG is steps away from having some top quality audio in the metal section.

However, being a drummer, may I suggest something? Try moving your overheads up a bit more, that's probably why your cymbals arent sounding so good, because they are sitting too high in the mix, and clipping at times.

Hope my review helped :)

better
cool chorus, need a better rythm for the verses though. vocals are just your typical metal kind. but it sounds like your forcing too many words at times. guitars are recorded well. and drums are pretty goos too.

rage against the machine
reminded me of alot of rage against the machine with the mixture of rap and angry screaming, and the beat. i bet our drummer would dig this. guitars were kind of simple but the riffs werent bad. in the singy part the vocals sound a little out of tune.

nu
This song is really new metal. I really dont like the vocals at all they lack passion and the singing is off key. The guitars are really basic and nothing really stands out about them. The drumms seem to be the best part of this track!

Powerful riffing and good drumming with cliche screams come
Good moody intro. Hits hard. The sound quality his a bit pulsed and needs some improvement. The symbols sound too muted, like sleigh bells.

The lyrics are good and the vocalist does a good job of screaming. I like the riffing, and the drummer does a good job of moving the track along without overpowering anything else.

When singing the vocals are a bit lacking, not sure that the harmonizing works.

Good interlude, again lacking from poor sound quality and below-par vocal harmony.

Overall this track is powerful and a good adrenaline rush. Shows promise for damn sure.

powerfull
heavy/rap/core,
a hint of P.O.D. in the lyrics and singing department. but the power behind compensates for it. good melody. the guitar is great, the drums also seem very powerfull (you could bring up the bass on the drums and lower the treble.)

Not bad
Vocals are out of key in spots. They need to be up a little in the mix.Guitars a little choppy at times.Guitar sound fits well.Drums are a little rushed on fills.Plenty of energy though.

a high energy track
the production here sounds great. the vocals sound like they have some genuine rage in there. its not quite as dynamic as i would really like, but some songs are good when they are heavy all the way through. i just hope the demo or cd as a whole is more dynamic.

Good Guitars
The vocals were pretty bad ... especially when he tried to go clean; off key at times. But the rest of the band seemed pretty solid. I liked the guitar riffs when it kicked in and decent drumming throughout. A better recording quality would've been nice. This has potential but you need to get on your vocalist to stay in key if he's going to try and sing cleanly.

Angry
I like the energy here. The singer can belt it out, he is definatly angry and then he can sing too. The guitar is solid sounding but isn't all that original but the song flows really well. The drummer is on the beat and solid sounding, nothing too crazy, no double bass that i can hear but regardless, solid. This is a song that will get people moving.

Rage Filled
Kinda cool guitar intro. Fallowed by kinda cool drums. Then insane heavy stuff comes in and I'm headbanding. The vocals reminde me a little of Rage, but not much. Screaming is very emotional and done well. Heavy and very moshable. The cleaner vocals were not as good as the growly ones... I would stick with screaming. The band is pretty good and I's like to hear more!

Nice cymball work
Not really into this style of metal. The vocals, guitars and drums are very Limp Bizkit like. Vocals need some work. Like the canned vocal effect.

Hard
I really like this song a lot. Nice n Hard. Props to the guitarist for bringing the heat with those chords.

The vocals are allright. They go with the song well. Very fitting. They are filled with anger, equal to the guitarists raging riffs.

Now for the drums. The song is a bit distorted sounding and therefore hard to make out the percussion, but from what I hear, this guy knows what he's doing. What else can you say about it?

Good job on this song guys. Just need to work on that production a bit. Production doesn't make the song, but everything is tight and that is the ONLY advise I have for you. Peace.

Easy.... Easy... Kabbooomm!!!
Nice intro. The track seems to be pulsing with compression. The riffs are a cool cross of Hipitty Hopitty Metal Punk/. The vocals are strong and in your face. The transitions could be smoother.

funkcore
There's a definitely a Rage Against the Machine influence to be heard in the funky beats and the occasionally rappy vocals, but I almost hesitate to mention it because this certainly isn't derivative or unoriginal. The lead vocal has a convincing, ballsier rap tone than your typical rap rock, and the parts with hardcore screaming flat out kick ass. Rhythmically precise even through some machine-gun lyrical delivery, very emotive and excellent at projecting attitude. My only complaint is that the melodic sections are a bit weak; there are some intonation problems and an almost hesitant quality to the delivery, as if the singer isn't really very confident of his melodic singing voice. Some more practice in this style or maybe some vocal exercises to build confidence in presenting a melody would help.

Guitars make highly effective use of different fx to enhance the contrast between sections, but the real mood setter is the variety of playing styles. Straight barre chord riffing in the heaviest sections, some lightly strummed octaves during the mellow bits, more complex picking in the up-tempo part, very engaging and effective at keeping the energy and the listener's interest up.

Drumming has a very organic, occasionally almost funky arrangement, and is technically precise. Arrangement works in tandem with the guitar parts to highlight the shifts in mood between sections of the song. Very tight, energetic playing.

Nu Metal, alright
Comments on the drums... turn the cymbols DOWN in the mix. In the first verse they're real prevelant... much more so than needed. Your vocalist is a little weak when he's not screaming, but I'm sure that can be fixed. The speed and intensity is impressive, and I like the energy.

Rage Against The Machine
Your influences are obvious.
there's nothing wrong with paying homage to your favorite band, but this fall a little too close for comfort for me.

Oh no the megaphone has got to go...it doesn't get anymore cliche'd than that.
your band has dynamics, and in the rockin parts of the song it's really cool...but it's not my cup of tea..sorry.

stick to the screams & growls
This is a pretty cool song that has some good potential.

Love the heavy moshy groove the band kicks into about 20 seconds into the song. Nice transition from the clean guitar part.

Vocals: I liked the screams & growls... but I didn't like the clean singing parts at all - it really sounded flat on didn't have the strength in the presentation.

Guitars: Killer heavy riffs with some hardcore metal guitar tone.

Drums: Solid player - good mix of grooves and fills in this song - you play very well. Good use of dynamics in your style. Your playing sort of reminds me of Brad from Rage.

Overall: good metal song - reminded me of Rage Against the Machine a little bit in the peformance/structure. The band has a lot of potential. Clean up those "clean vocal parts" and this song will really rock.

Good luck.
